Wow, does this mean no 49th book in the never-ending, man-hating, too many plot-lines, Wheel of Time series?

The funny thing is that it seems like everyone gave up on the series, myself included. I dropped out around book 9 and didn’t look back.
Still, it’s hard to not to be impressed by the impact he had on the genre.
